What you should know:
1. The medical office building will house primary and specialty care practice Portland-based Maine Medical Partners’ neurology, neurosurgery, spine, ENT and vascular surgeons.
2. The Scarborough campus features a research institute, a surgery center, cardiology, gynecologic oncology, pediatric oncology and outpatient imaging services.
3. If Maine Medical breaks ground on the practice in fall it could be complete by early 2021.
4. “This investment marks the next stage in our development of the Scarborough campus as a regional center for specialty medical care that is convenient for our patients, with easy highway access, ample parking and state-of-the-art facilities,” said Maine Medical Center President Jeff Sanders in a statement.
