Mackenzie Financial strengthens stake in Envision Healthcare by 36.4%: 4 things to know

Toronto, Canada-based Mackenzie Financial Corp. increased its stake in Greenwood, Colo.-based Envision Healthcare Corp. by 36.4 percent in the third quarter, The Daily Quint reports.

Here are four things to know:

1. Following the deal, Mackenzie Financial owned 50,431 Envision shares.

2. As of its most recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the firm’s Envision stake totaled nearly $3.38 million.

3. The management company has a 50-day moving average of $64.49 and a 200-day moving average of $69.95.

4. Envision has a 52-week high hitting $83.27 and 52-week low of $57.32.
