Long View Equity Partners Acquires Christus Santa Rosa Physicians’ ASC Building

Austin, Texas-based private equity real estate firm Long View Equity Partners has acquired the New Braunfels, Texas, building that houses Christus Santa Rosa Physicians’ Ambulatory Surgical Center, according to a San Antonio Business Journal report.

The surgery center occupies 100 percent of the 19,000-square-foot building. Christus Santa Rosa Health System owns a majority stake in the center. Its ownership stake will not be affected by the real estate transaction.
