Larry Robbins raises stake in Tenet by 11%+ — 5 takeaways

Founder, Portfolio Management and CEO of hedge fund Glenview Capital Management, Larry Robbins, increased his stake in Tenet Healthcare by more than 11 percent, according to Forbes.

1. Mr. Robbins purchased nearly 1.7M shares for an average price of $36.30 per share.

2. The overall purchase had a 0.24 percent impact of his portfolio.

3. Mr. Robbins has had Tenet in his portfolio since the first quarter of 2012.

4. After the purchase, his stake totaled 16,490,230 shares.

5. Tenet has a market cap of $3.84 billion and a P/E ratio of 70.8.
