Landmark Healthcare receives $33M mortgage for new office building in Kansas City: 4 observations

Milwaukee-based Landmark Healthcare Facilities received a $33.5 million mortgage from Healthcare Financial Services, a GE Capital business, for its new medical office in Kansas City, Mo.

Here are four observations:

1. Landmark Healthcare is building a 90,156-sqaure-foot medical office building.

2. The new building is an expansion to Truman Medical Center’s Hospital Hill campus. Various other organizations lease out the space in the building for outpatient services, including an outpatient surgery center.

3. The mortgage will replace construction financing.

4. Landmark Healthcare has developed more than 300 outpatient facilities.
