Nashville, Tenn.-based Envision Healthcare (AmSurg)  rejected two of KKR’s offers to acquire the company before accepting a $9.9 billion bid. Read more.

Envision Corp.’s Physician Services platform plans to purchase anesthesia group Nashville Anesthesia Services.
