John Seitz Appointed Trustee in California Surgery Center Bankruptcy Case

John Seitz, CEO of Ambulatory Surgical Group and ManageMyASC.com, has been appointed by the Department of Justice’s United States Trustee Program to act as trustee in the case involving a Costa Mesa, Calif., ambulatory surgery center which was placed into Chapter 11 bankruptcy by its creditors, according to Mr. Seitz.

The surgery center — Renaissance Surgical Arts of Newport Harbor — is a 20,000-square-foot ASC that opened for cases in Sept. 2010.

 

“The center has received national recognition for its design and construction,” says Mr. Seitz. “I will be working with the managers, the creditors and the physicians to restructure this facility into a profitable and successful business.”
