Iowa Heart Center sold for $36.7M

Iowa Heart Center, an 83,000-square-foot medical office building in West Des Moines, Iowa, has been sold for $36.7 million, according to a Jan. 15 report from Commercial Property Executive

Private equity firm IRA Capital acquired the property for $442.20 per square foot. 

Other tenants at the building include Vein Center and MercyOne. 

IRA Capital purchased the property from Healthcare Realty, the report said.
