1. The 20,994-square-foot Tigard (Ore.) Medical Plaza is fully leased.

2. Tigard Medical Plaza occupies 1.74 acres near Tigard-based Providence Bridgeport Health Center and Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center in Tualatin, Ore.

3. Commercial real estate firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler closed the sale.
