Mediplex Property Group has sold a portfolio of three properties including ASC and medical office buildings, in Pennsylvania.
The portfolio, which totals about 50,000 square feet, includes Mediplex Abington (Pa.), a medical office building, Mediplex East Norriton (Pa.), a medical office and ASC complex, and Mediplex Newtown (Pa.), a specialty medical facility, according to a Sept. 22 news release from Mediplex Property Group.
The facilities provide outpatient services such as neurology, ambulatory surgery, pain management, physical therapy, reproductive medicine and imaging.
A privately held institutional investment group acquired the portfolio. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the release said.
