The Dallas Eye Care Clinic features a LASIK suite and cataract surgery practice that offers a range of procedures, and within a five mile radius the property provides nearly 400,000 residents of the Dallas metro area access to medical care.
Inland Real Estate Acquisitions previously acquired the Edward-Elmhurst (Ill.) Health Center this week. The real estate group has facilitated more than $269 million of purchases in medical office buildings across the country.
