Inland Real Estate purchases 2nd MOB with ASC this week

Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Acquisitions closed the purchase of a medical office building in Dallas. The property includes the Walnut Hill Surgery Center and is the second medical office building featuring an ASC that the real estate group has closed on this week.

The 16,050-square-foot property also includes the Dallas Eye Care Clinic, part of KE Eye Centers of Texas. The Dallas Eye Care Clinic features a LASIK suite and cataract surgery practice that offers a range of procedures, and within a five mile radius the property provides nearly 400,000 residents of the Dallas metro area access to medical care.

Inland Real Estate Acquisitions previously acquired the Edward-Elmhurst (Ill.) Health Center this week. The real estate group has facilitated more than $269 million of purchases in medical office buildings across the country.
