Indiana hospital to add $17M medical office building — 3 insights

Franciscan Hospital Mooresville (Ind.) will soon break ground on a $17 million, 50,000-square-foot medical office building, the IndyStar reports.

What you should know:

1. The hospital will begin developing the medical office building after completing $23 million in infrastructure improvements that are currently underway.

2. Work on the outpatient medical office building is expected to wrap up toward the end of 2020.

3. Several practices and a women’s center will be housed in the office building.
