Responsibilities of the job include preparing financial feasibility analyses for acquisitions, overseeing due diligence, conducting account reviews, conducting return on investment analyses, preparing financial reports and projections and more.
Applicants must have a minimum of five years experience in merger and acquisition finances. A healthcare background is strongly preferred. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, along with a CPA or MBA and be willing to travel up to 20 percent.
