Healthcare Associates to build 60k-sq-ft ASC, medical building — 3 notes

Irving, Texas-based Healthcare Associates is building a new medical office building, equipped with an ambulatory surgery center, according to Healthcare Daily.

Here are three notes:

1. The project has two phases — Healthcare Associates plans to break ground on the building’s phase I in the fall.

2. The second phase will include construction of an ASC and medical office.

3. The ASC and medical building are 60,000 square feet.
