1. HCA presented its Frist Humanitarian, HCA Innovators and HCA Excellence in Nursing awards.
2. HCA also gave an Award of Distinction to Las Vegas-based Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center for its work treating the victims of the mass shooting in Las Vegas. Within an hour, Sunrise treated around 200 victims.
3. The Frist Humanitarian recipients were Lorrie Sarver, RN, Sami Ismail, MD, and Doris Carson.
4. The Innovators Award recipients were Aaron Montlary, Donna Harrell, RN, and David Chia.
5. The Excellence in Nursing Award recipients were Kerri Tillquist, RN, and Edward Lee, RN.
