HCA Healthcare buys medical office building for $70M

HCA Healthcare has purchased a medical office building in Thousand Oaks, Calif., for $70 million, according to a May 19 report from the Los Angeles Times.

The 85,731-square-foot facility was sold by commercial real estate company Amoroso Cos. 

The property is currently 95% leased, while 54% is leased by Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital, which houses 21 beds. 

Other services offered at the medical office building include imaging, dental, OB-GYN, plastic surgery and cardiology.
