Fort Myers, Fla.-based Millennium Physician Group and Orlando, Fla.-based IMA Medical Group are partnering together.
The integration of the organizations aims to expand patient-centered, value-based care in Florida, according to an Oct. 6 news release from Millennium Physician Group.
IMA Medical Group has a network of 53 providers across 17 practices, serving more than 22,000 Medicare Advantage members.
Millennium Physicians Group is one of the largest independent physician groups in the U.S., supporting more than 900 healthcare providers across four states, the release said.
