Winter Haven, Fla.-based Bond Clinic, a 90-provider physician group, has been acquired by AdventHealth.
Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth purchased the group’s 28-specialty assets and care sites located throughout Polk County.
“We are excited to welcome the providers and team members of Bond Clinic to the AdventHealth network,” Jennifer Snider, president and CEO for AdventHealth Medical Group West Florida Division, said in a July 2 news release. “Bond Clinic has a 75-year legacy of personalized, community-based care. Together, we will continue to provide exceptional care to Polk County.”
The deal brings the physician group under AdventHealth, which comprises more than 4,000 employed physicians and advanced practice providers.
