Florida ASC real estate sold for $4.6M

The real estate of Fort Myers, Fla.-based Gladiolus Surgery Center has sold for $4.6 million, Business Observer Florida reported Feb. 19.

Prime Healthcare Properties, a Dallas-based real estate investment firm, purchased the 7,315-square-foot building. 

CBRE, who represented Prime in the deal, told the publication the ASC is occupied by a single tenant, SCA Health Gladiolus Surgery Center.
