Flagship Healthcare Properties acquired a fully leased multispecialty ASC in Columbia, S.C.
The 20,131-square-foot facility includes five operating rooms and employs more than 20 surgeons, the company said in a July 16 news release.
Flagship, which manages more than 360 healthcare properties nationwide, will provide property and asset management services for the facility.
