Firm buys Florida building home to Tenet-USPI surgery center: 3 things to know

Flagler Investment Holdings acquired a medical office building in Delray Beach, Fla., where an ASC operated by United Surgical Partners International performs more than 1,100 cases monthly.

Three highlights:

1. The building’s tenants include The Outpatient Center of Delray, as well as providers specializing in dermatology, gastroenterology and pain management. It was built in 2005.

2. Up to 5,500 square feet of space is available for lease in the 31,886-square-foot building. The space is ideal for an imaging center or primary care provider, according to Flagler Investment Holdings Senior Vice President Michael Leiser.

3. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare is the parent company of USPI, which is headquartered in Addison, Texas.
