Athens, Ga.-based EyeSouth Partners signed off on a strategic partnership with Marietta, Ga.-based Cobb Eye Center, expanding into the Marietta and northwest Atlanta markets.
Here's what you should know:
1. Cobb Eye is led by Bruce Crowley, MD, and Gerry Parada, MD. They have locations in Marietta and Dallas, Ga.
2. They offer an array of services, including cataract surgery, glaucoma treatments, diabetic eye management and eye exams.
3. EyeSouth is Shore Capital Partners' physician services arm.
4. Dr. Crowley said, "We are thrilled about the partnership with EyeSouth and the deep experience and dedicated management and support services they offer."
