Eye Care & Surgical Center sells for $6.1M

CCI Baton Rouge (La.), operating under Cornerstone Companies, bought Baton Rouge, La.-based Eye Care & Surgical Center for $6.1 million, according to the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report.

The Eye Care and Surgical Center was established in the early 1970s as an optometrist’s practice, and expanded in the 1980s to include LASIK surgical suites and an ASC.

Procedures performed at the center include cataract, retina, glaucoma and eyelid surgery. The center serves over 25,000 patients per year. 

The Eye Care and Surgical Center has satellite offices in Mandeville, Gonzales and Hammond, La.
