1. The emergency medicine physician group offers services to three Northside Hospital Healthcare System hospitals in Atlanta.
2. Founded in 1973, ENA has 40 physicians who manage more than 170,000 emergency department patient encounters each year.
3. Envision also bought Gwinnett Emergency Specialists, a 70-member emergency medicine physician group practice in Lawrenceville, Ga., in May.
4. Envision owns and operates 264 ASCs.
