Downers Grove, Ill.-based Duly Health and Care has acquired Woodridge (Ill.) Clinic, a physician-led primary care provider.
Woodridge Clinic, founded in 1986, focuses on primary care, diabetes management and occupational therapy services, according to an Oct. 20 news release from Duly Health.
Through the partnership, all of Woodridge’s physicians and three practice locations will join Duly Health’s network.
Duly Health supports more than 1,000 physicians and 110 locations across the Chicago area, the release said.
