Duly Health acquires minority share in Illinois surgery center

Downers Grove, Ill.-based Duly Health and Care has acquired a minority ownership interest in Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center.

The acquisition was made through a partnership with Surgery Partners, and expands Duly’s commitment to providing outpatient surgical care, according to an Oct. 28 news release from Duly Health and Care. 

Valley ASC is a multispecialty ASC located in St. Charles, Ill. Duly Health also supports ASCs in Westmont, Lombard and Naperville, Ill.

The organization made the acquisition through DuPage Medical Group, one the medical groups under the Duly Health and Care brand, the release said.
