Naperville, Ill.-based Fox Valley Imaging has been acquired by Downers Grove, Ill.-based Duly Health and Care, according to an Oct. 27 news release.
The independent imaging center has served Naperville and surrounding communities for more than 30 years. It offers MRI, MRA, CT, ultrasound, echocardiography, video fluoroscopy and X-ray. Duly plans to add mammography and DEXA imaging at the location, and the deal expands its outpatient imaging network in Chicago’s western suburbs.
Duly has more than 1,000 primary and specialty care providers across more than 150 locations.
