Duncan, Okla.-based The Surgical Institute at True North will host a ribbon cutting ceremony Feb. 7, The Duncan Banner reports.
What you should know:
1. The 14,000-square-foot facility opened in November 2018.
2. Ché Miller, MD, said the project was five years in the making. He will treat patients at the new building using advanced technology.
3. Dr. Miller said, "We are proud to open a new office building, but more importantly we are proud to develop a new concept in surgical care. Our mission is to improve access to care, hasten referrals, see new patients promptly and to expand our surgical services to remain in step with the healthcare standards commonplace to tertiary referral centers."
