An LLC recently purchased 3.8 acres at 450 Garrisonville Road for $500,000, according to the report. Mike Adams has submitted plans to Stafford’s planning office for a 40,000-square-foot, two-story office building at the site.

Construction could start as soon as June and take about 15 months. Three separate physician practices that are partnering with Mr. Adams on the project have pre-leased the entire first floor of the facility.
