1. The $314 million hospital development is on schedule.
2. The hospital and outpatient center will be combined 440,000 square feet.
3. The hospital will have 128 private rooms, six operating rooms and two procedure rooms.
4. The outpatient center will have an oncology center and diagnostic testing services.
5. Both the hospital and outpatient center are expected to open in the early 2019.
