Danville (Ill.) Polyclinic is merging with Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare but will keep full control of its ASC, Commercial-News reports.

1. Danville Polyclinic’s physicians, offices and staff joined OSF HealthCare April 7.

2. Patients will continue to see their same provider in the same location, but will now be OSF HealthCare patients.

3. It’s unclear why Danville Polyclinic chose to keep its ASC independent of the merger.
