The project is expected to break ground in April. The 18,262-square-foot ASC will be on the ground floor of a 51,000-square-foot, three-story medical office building. The other two stories will provide room for future expansion.
The surgery center will have six preoperative rooms, four ORs, a procedure room, four step-down bays and eight PACU rooms.
The project, named the Park Hill MOB and ASC, is expected to reach completion in December.
