Connecticut medical office buildings sell for $7M

A nine-building medical office building portfolio in Farmington, Conn., has sold for over $7 million, according to a Dec. 18 report from Hartford Business.

The portfolio includes over 90,000 square feet of space and sold at an auction that attracted 35 bids from seven bidders. 

The portfolio was purchased by Leander, Texas-based SSKI Management, and sold by FPO Green, which bought the complex in 2021 for $5.9 million.
