Connecticut medical office building sells for $4M

A 41,153-square-foot, five-story medical office building in Stamford, Conn., has sold for $4 million.

The property is located nearby Stamford Hospital and Stamford Health Tully Center, according to a Feb. 20 press release. 

The new owner acquired the facility Jan. 22 and plans to transform it into a healthcare facility. The seller and buyer have not been disclosed.
