New Surgery Center Planned for Colorado’s Vail Valley Medical Center

Vail (Colo.) Valley Medical Center has announced plans to start building a new surgery center in Edwards, Colo., this year.

Tentative plans for the ASC show 4-6 ORs, with specialty types to be determined.

The hospital is expecting the ASC to cost $9-$12 million and open in 2012.
