A 9,313-square-foot medical office building in Lone Tree, Colo., was sold for $4.25 million, according to a Feb. 24 news release from CREG Healthcare, who represented the seller in the transaction.
The MOB is an ENT specialty space adjacent to the HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge Medical Center.
The transaction was led by Joshua Rees, Andrew Larwood and Allen Inman overseeing the deal.
