CNL Healthcare acquires Adventist Health ASC building

CNL Healthcare Properties has acquired the Lee Hughes Medical Building in Glendale, Calif., which houses the Adventist Health ambulatory surgery center.

The real estate investment trust made the acquisition for $29.9 million, according to the report.
