Cleveland medical office building sells

The 86,000-square-foot University Hospitals Wellness Campus medical office building in Mentor, Ohio, has sold, according to a Feb. 14 report from Commercial Property Executive

Lake Health, part of the University Hospitals system, occupies 100% of the facility, according to the report. The system has a ground lease with the building’s owner. 

The two-story outpatient facility houses several services, including physical therapy, sports medicine, urgent care, primary care, integrative medicine, cardiology, pain management, orthopedics, imaging and a clinical laboratory.

Other healthcare facilities in the area include Lake Ambulatory Care Center, UH Mentor Hopkins Health Center, Erieside Medical Group and University Hospitals Urgent Care Mentor.
