Montgomery & Riddle Eyecare and Donelson Eye Associates will begin operating under the Clemson Eye brand this spring. Each practice is based in the Greenville, S.C., area.
What you should know:
1. When the two practices are integrated, Clemson Eye will have nine locations, serving more than 100,000 patients in 10-plus specialties.
2. Patients will be notified of the brand and staffing changes online and by mail.
3. Atlanta-based Eye Health American acquired Clemson Eye, Montgomery & Riddle Eyecare and Donelson Eye Associates in separate transactions over the past year. The parent company partners with U.S. ophthalmology practices, optometry practices and ASCs.
