Torrington, Conn.-based Charlotte Hungerford Hospital acquired the private practice of Bruce Janelli, MD, after he announced his retirement, The Register Citizen reports.

1. Dawn Lidstone, ARNP, joined the practice to serve as its primary care provider.
2. Dr. Janelli's office will become part of CHH Multi-Specialty Group.
3. CHH Multi-Specialty Group provides outpatient services to the area and is owned by Charlotte Hungerford Hospital.
