The Center for Spine Pain Management Surgery Center, Chattanooga, Tenn., certificate of need for a one-operating room pain management ambulatory surgical treatment center has been deemed complete for review, according to an August 2013 – Tennessee Certificate of Need Meeting.
The project is estimated to cost $683,350.
