Carolina Eye Associates acquires Southeastern Eye Center

Southern Pines, N.C.-based Carolina Eye Associates is acquiring Southeastern Eye Center in Greensboro, N.C., according to a report by The Pilot.

Carolina Eye Associates also plans to purchase the managing entity of the ambulatory surgery center within Southeastern Eye Center. Carolina Eye will now offer a number of subspecialty ophthalmology procedures, including anterior segment surgery and refractive cataract surgery. Terms of the deal were not released, according to the report.
