Campbell County Health acquires Powder River Surgery Center for $5.1M: 4 key points

Campbell County Health, based in Gillette, Wyo., has made its final payment to acquire Powder River Surgery Center, also in Gillette, according to a Gillette News Record report.

1. The total transaction value was $5.1 million.

2. The surgery center’s 24 employees will now work for Campbell County Health, according to the report.

3. Powder River Surgery Center offers ENT, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, spine surgery and pain management.

4. Nearly 20 physicians perform cases at the surgery center.
