Butte’s zoning board approves permit for ASC — 4 insights

Butte’s (Mont.) zoning board unanimously approved a special use permit for the construction of a 14,226-square-foot ASC, Montana Standard reports.

3. The group that is developing the ASC was also seeking approval for a variance to accommodate specialty lighting on the surgery center’s public-facing sign, which was also approved.
