Building housing health system, ASC & cardiovascular group finds buyer — 3 details

JLL Healthcare Capital Markets Group sold an Indianapolis building occupied by Senate Street Surgery Center to an unspecified buyer, according to JLL Capital Markets Executive Vice President Justin Hill.

Three details:

1. Methodist Professional Center II is a four-story, 143,499-square-foot building.

2. Fully occupied by Indiana University Health and its affiliates, the building houses Senate Street Surgery Center and Clarian Cardiovascular Center.

3. It is located on IU Health’s Methodist Hospital campus.
