Buffalo Surgery Center groundbreaking delayed

The groundbreaking of Excelsior Orthopaedics’ new Buffalo Surgery Center in Amherst, N.Y., has been delayed due to rain, according to The Buffalo News.

The groundbreaking, initially scheduled for Thursday, is now expected to take place today. The $9.5 million surgery center is slated for completion in January, according to the report.
