OrthoNY, Albany ENT, and St. Peter’s Hospital reached a deal with Axiom Capital for an $8.2 million loan for the medical office building and surgery center they’re constructing in Colonie, N.Y., New York Real Estate Journal reports. Each provider is based in Albany, N.Y.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The center will be 53,897 square feet once complete.

2. It will provide orthopedic and ENT services.

3. The center will have four operating rooms.
