Aurora Health Care to take on $130M project, featuring ASC — 4 notes

Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Care is building a new $130 million facility, which will house an ASC and an office building in Kenosha, Wis., according to the Milwaukee Business Journal.

Here are four notes:

1. Aurora will begin construction this year.

2. The health system expects to open the ASC and office building in 2018.

3. The ASC will be one story, while the office building will be three stories.

4. The project will sit on a 158-acre site if the Kenosha Common Council approves Aurora’s rezoning request.
