Atrium Health outpatient building in North Carolina sold

A medical office building in Charlotte, N.C., leased to Atrium Health, has been sold, according to a news release from Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, which advised on the transaction.

The property is leased to Atrium’s Carolinas Physicians Network, which recently extended its lease for seven years.

Atrium Health is one of the largest healthcare providers in the Southeast, with more than 40 hospitals, 1,400 care locations and annual revenues exceeding $14 billion.
