Milagro is expanding its partnership with Constitution Surgery Alliance to add clinical data extraction across the ASC network, the companies announced Sept. 9.
The expansion follows Milagro’s rollout of autonomous surgical coding to three additional CSA facilities, bringing its coding technology to 12 CSA-affiliated ASCs across New England and the Northeast, according to the announcement.
“As we continue to expand our use of autonomous coding, our commitment to coding accuracy and compliance remains our top priority,” said Sayword Hill, CSA’s senior vice president of revenue cycle. “Milagro helps us automate increasingly complex surgical coding while supporting our established coding review, quality assurance and auditing processes.”
The new clinical data extraction capability will support clinical research, data benchmarking, payer contracting negotiations and outcomes-based insights, and will help CSA scale its clinical outcomes and patient-reported outcome measures programs, according to the announcement.
